Sebelius Touts New Health Care Law at Forum

ORLANDO - The U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services was in Orlando today. Kathleen Sebelius spoke at the Institute for Healthcare Improvement's National Forum to a group of doctors and health policy experts from across the country.

But Florida Republicans say the new law's requirement for everyone to buy health insurance violates personal and states' rights.
